Tell Your Story

We are passionate about helping you create deeply personal and storied spaces that reflect your experiences and background.

About Kristina Phillips

With over a decade of interior design experience, Kristina Phillips brings an international flair to her design firm. Having had the good fortune to grow up in the Bahamas, Germany and France these experiences firmly shaped her design sensibility and continue to push her to bring culture, authenticity and originality to all of the spaces that she designs.

She comes from Scandinavian descent - the home of clean lines and simple design. Living in Germany she came to understand function versus form and a year in the South of France ignited a passion for searching for those special pieces that tell your home’s story.  Spending the remainder of her formative years on the Eastern Shore of Maryland instilled in her an appreciation for Southern graciousness.

In her early years in the Bahamas, Kristina learned to appreciate and love the wonders and colors of the ocean and nature.

Kristina graduated from Denison University with a liberal arts degree, and worked in public relations at Random House publishing.  After getting married to her college sweetheart (and favorite dentist!), Kristina stayed home to raise their three children.

To fulfill her dream of practicing interior design, she completed the Interior Design Program at the New York School of Interior Design. Prior to starting her own eponymous firm in 2020, she had been the principal designer and co-founder of K+K Interior Design for over 6 years. Kristina lives in Ridgewood, NJ and loves to travel the world and spend time on Nantucket.
