About Kristina Phillips
Kristina brings an international perspective to her design firm. Having had the good fortune to spend her formative years in the Bahamas, Germany, and France, she developed a sensibility shaped by culture, authenticity, and originality. These experiences continue to inspire her work, infusing every project with a thoughtful blend of global influence and timeless style.
Rooted in Scandinavian heritage—the land of clean lines and effortless simplicity—Kristina’s design sensibility was shaped by a life rich in cultural experiences.
Time in Germany taught her the balance of form and function, while a year in the South of France sparked a passion for collecting soulful pieces that tell a home’s story.
Design shaped by culture, refined by travel, and always rooted in authenticity.Her formative years on Maryland’s Eastern Shore instilled a deep appreciation for Southern graciousness, and her early days in the Bahamas awakened a lifelong love of color, nature, and the sea.
Together, these influences infuse her work with a refined, global perspective — spaces that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful.
Kristina graduated from Denison University with a liberal arts degree, and worked in public relations at Random House Publishing. After getting married to her college sweetheart, Kristina stayed home to raise their three children.
To fulfill her dream of practicing interior design, she completed the Interior Design Program at the New York School of Interior Design and opened her eponymous firm in 2021. Kristina lives in Ridgewood, NJ and loves to travel the world and spend time on Nantucket.
